By purchasing a subscription product from Korvel, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.
Monthly refills are designed to make it easier to keep your Korvel product on hand without needing to place a new order each time. Subscriptions are optional, can be reviewed during checkout, and may be managed according to the terms below.
Automatic Refills
Your subscription automatically creates a new refill order based on the billing frequency shown during checkout.
Recurring Charges
You will be charged automatically on a recurring basis unless and until your subscription is canceled.
Full Control
You may manage or cancel your subscription before your next refill order is created.
Frequency and Amount
You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Please review the billing frequency and total amount shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you authorize Korvel to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis.
Charges will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription according to this policy.
Adding a Monthly Refill Is Optional
Adding a monthly refill subscription is optional and can be removed before or during checkout.
Please review your cart and checkout page carefully to confirm whether you are purchasing a one-time order or a subscription refill.
Subscription Confirmation
After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.
This confirmation email may include subscription details, order information, and a link to manage or cancel your subscription.
How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next order is created by:
- Clicking the cancellation or management link in your subscription confirmation email.

Please include your full name and order number for faster processing.
We are committed to transparency and giving you full control of your subscription.
Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Once the next refill order has been created, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Renewals and New Orders
Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.
Once a new order has been created, it cannot be canceled because it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment.
Valid Orders
All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.
